For customers local to Western New York, bring your work piece to the shop and we will fill out a work form. For all others, find the options you'd like done, fill out and submit a work form and the required information and we will respond to your submission to clarify and confirm all vital details. you'll then ship your work piece in and work will begin. Once work is complete you'll be given a secure payment link and upon payment, your workpiece will be shipped back to you.

Yes, should you decide the stippling on your grip isn't cutting it anymore, the polymer can be re-stippled for a more aggressive or a less aggressive grip. Keep in mind, there will be no refunds if you don't like the pattern you choose, grip re-stippling will be the full price of a regular stipple job.
